Terms and Conditions

Prices:

  • All prices are 19% VAT (Value Added Tax) excluded.
  • All our aluminium showcases and counters are delivered completely assembled - Free of charge.
  • Siletsy-Asperen-Holland B.V. sells directly to all private and commercial buyers.

Transport to the Netherlands and Belgium:

  • Transport in the Netherlands: All orders above € 250,00 will be delivered free of charge, with exception of the Wadden Islands.
  • Transport in Belgium: All orders above € 600,00 will be delivered free of charge.

International transport & packing:

  • When the goods must be delivered outside the Netherlands or Belgium are the delivery terms: Ex-Works.
  • Siletsy-Asperen-Holland B.V. is able to arrange the arrange the international transport. Please inform to the transport costs.
  • International orders less than € 1.000,00 are subject to 3% packing costs.
  • Packing of international orders above € 1.000,00: Free of charge.

Payment:

  • Orders in the Netherlands and Belgium: Payment in advance or at the delivery.
  • International orders: Payment in advance.
  • In case of payment on account: Payment within 14 days after date of invoice.

Important notices:

  • Siletsy-Asperen-Holland B.V. reserves the right to introduce any manufacturing changes and improvements to our own products without prior notice, without changing the basic feautures of the described products.
  • Any discrepancy related to the goods must mentioned within 8 days.
  • All goods remain property of Siletsy-Asperen-Holland B.V. until paid for in full.
  • If buyer fails to pay the complete or partially invoiced sum to Siletsy-Asperen-Holland B.V., buyer is fully responsible for all legal and non-legal expenses that may emerge.
  • All contents of this website may not be copied, reproduced, transferred, uploaded, published or distributed in any way eather totally of partially without a prior written permission from Siletsy-Asperen-Holland B.V.
